Publish Your Educational Materials with ArrangeMe
As lifelong learners and supporters of music education, we believe in empowering educators to share their valuable knowledge with the world. The ArrangeMe team is thrilled to announce an exciting new addition to your ArrangeMe publication options: the ability to self-publish your own Educational Materials.
New formats: Methods, Warm-ups, and Exercises
ArrangeMe members now have the ability to publish and categorize their educational materials under these three new formats, which will allow music students, teachers, and customers to easily find these resources on Sheet Music Direct and Sheet Music Plus.
ArrangeMe’s music educators and instructors now have the opportunity to make their contribution to the music education market and influence more music students than ever before. Plus, by self-publishing educational materials through ArrangeMe, educators have the opportunity to earn extra income through commissions generated by the sale of their publications!
How does it work?
Publishing educational material is just like publishing any other PDF through your ArrangeMe Dashboard:
Click “Sell a Title.”
If the method, warm-up, or exercise is entirely original, select “an original work.”
If it includes public domain material (e.g. a concert band warm-up on a Bach chorale), select “an arrangement of a public domain work.”
(Note: The use of copyrighted music in educational material is not permitted.)Fill in your Title Details and be sure to include an enticing description of your method, warm-up, or exercise!
Select “Educational Materials” as the Arrangement Type.
Select “Method,” “Warm-up,” or “Exercise” as the Arrangement Format.
Choose the applicable Performance Group and/or Instrument(s) that best fits your content.
Select a Difficulty rating and be sure to choose “Instructional” as the first Genre tag (and any others that fit).
Save & Publish!
Do you already have instructional material published under a different category?
Some members of the ArrangeMe community have been creating and publishing top-notch educational materials for quite some time. Any previously-published educational materials should be re-classified into these new “Educational Materials” Arrangement Types to maximize product visibility.
